At BBQHAUSES, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


✅ Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@bbqhauses.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and the return address.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the product is faulty or if we shipped the wrong item.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

  • To request an exchange, email us at support@bbqhaus.com.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take extra time for refunds to appear.
