You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at support@bbqhauses.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the product is faulty or if we shipped the wrong item.
